Jane Eatock - Grange Wintringham

Jane joined Grange Wintringham in 2001 as Partner and head of the growing employment law team, having previously worked in London and East Anglia. Jane is a very experienced specialist employment lawyer, acting for a wide range of private and public sector clients both locally and nationally.

Jane has a practical and commercially focused approach to solving all types of employment disputes and clients benefit from her clear guidance and ability to take a view. She has particular expertise in major restructuring, TUPE and redundancy programmes and regularly advises at board level in terms of directors’ remuneration and termination packages.

An experienced advocate at tribunal, Jane enjoys fighting her clients’ corner and showing that, contrary to popular belief, the employee doesn’t always win. Jane is delighted to be launching QUID and looks forward to bringing together businesses from across the region to promote greater knowledge of key issues through  discussion and shared experiences.
